Evil for Evil takes the story of exiled engineer Ziani Vaatzes from the fall of Civitas Eremia to the territory of the Vadani duke. The Vadani duke is intelligent and capable, yet there remains a fatal weakness that has already doomed him and his people to war with the Mezentine Empire... and thus, to eventual death.
